All our NSI Gold installations are supplied with an annual maintenance contract.
Our annual preventative maintenance is designed to prevent future issues and fix potential problems before they occur. Our service team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for one of our highly trained engineers to inspect the system, assess, and test its condition.
Our cancellation policy is included within the terms and conditions at the end of this quotation.
Inclusions:
- Warranty covers equipment and/or parts installed by us.
- Free call outs – includes up to 2 visits per year. This does not include the cost of any parts which may need replacing. Subsequent Engineer call outs will be charged at the current call-out rate. We aim to respond to call outs during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) within 24 hours of receiving the call, wherever possible.
- Engineer response covers initial telephone response and, if required, on-site visit within 4 hours.
Exclusions:
- Monitoring App (mobile phone/tablet/pc) – changes to the Client/Customer equipment and/or service provider. We aim to provide telephone support to manage app software wherever possible. Call-out to provide support in-person will be charged at the current call-out rate.
- Existing equipment, including system takeovers, previously installed by 3rd
- Any call outs required outside of working hours will be charged at our current call-out rate.
- Repairs to any equipment not listed in this quotation, not previously installed by us, or any part that is ancillary to the equipment.
- Repairs to any part of the equipment, or to its infrastructure (including fobs and remotes), damaged deliberately, due to vandalism, or misuse by the Client/Customer and/or any third party.
- Repairs to any part of the equipment or to its infrastructure damaged, modified, moved, reinstalled, or repaired by the Client/Customer and/or any third party not authorised by us.
Repairs to any part of the equipment, or to its infrastructure, damaged resulting from adverse weather conditions or any other causes beyond our control such as excessive voltage, mechanical shock, or water damage.
