Founder and Director, Anthony Fisher, explains the evolution of the company’s security needs. “Originally, we shared premises with a company which specialised in electroplating. The materials they stored on site made them a target for burglars so installing a security system was a priority. We shared the alarm system with them and the engineers were excellent. Sadly, customer service wasn’t so good.
“Tindall Security’s sister company, Barnet Lock, had a very good reputation locally and were known as reliable providers. When we bought the factory at 78 Bilton Way, Tindall Security took over maintenance and upgrades for the security system. Later they took on our second site too. They maintain the security for our home office as well, so we have all our security requirements under one roof. We’ve since had our home office security upgraded to a new system.
“For us it’s about protecting our premises, raw materials and containers and, of course, keeping our intellectual property safe. With a proper alarm system and cameras, we don’t have any problems with crime. It’s a monitored system so we have peace of mind that everything is safe and secure.
“Everyone in the office at Tindall Security is very approachable and the engineers are good. You can talk to them and they treat you as an individual. Most importantly, they take care in everything they do. As a small company good customer-facing service makes all the difference to us. We share the same values and believe paying attention to details is important.”
