To provide an increased level of protection and the confidence that your property is under scrutiny 24/7, a variety of monitored alarms, monitoring and signalling options are available for Key Holder and/or Police Response:
BT RedCare Signalling
BT’s RedCare Signalling system provides a dedicated telephone line from your Intruder Alarm to the Monitoring Station.
BT RedCare Secure
Redcare Secure is an alarm signalling system that comes in three variants.
Depending on the risk level of your home or business premises, and your technology preference, you can choose between Secure 2 (for Grade 2 risk), Secure 3 (Grade 3 risk) and Secure IP (Grade 4 risk).
Redcare Secure benefits from being a ‘dual path’ system, which means that two separate routes are used to signal the alarms to your Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
So, in the event of one path being faulty or unavailable, the alarm message will be transmitted over the other path.
In addition to a traditional telephone land-line connection to the Monitoring Station, Dual-Com or GSM Signalling supports your Intruder Alarm system by providing an additional communication path over a mobile network.
This means that the Monitoring Station will be alerted even if the land-line is cut or not working.
WebWayOne IP/GPRS Dual Path Signalling
WebWayOne provides the most robust signalling solution in the UK. The systems use dual path encrypted communications, signalling over broadband connections and Telefonica’s network of GSM/GPRS base stations.
Benefits of WebWayOne include reduced site visits for Keyholders and engineers, improved security with dual path signalling, fast alarm confirmation and fast dual path failure detection.
